      Breakfast is served in From 7.00 to10.00 am The choice includes English, Continental , or Vegetarian. menus

Orange, Apple Juice ( in season from our own Apples!)

Selection of Fresh Fruit from the Fruit bowl

English Breakfast

Egg , bacon, tomato, sausage ,mushrooms,

Eggs are from our own Sussex Light free range chickens and can be fried, scrambled ,poached or boiled .

Vegetarian Breakfast

Egg, tomato, mushroom, hash browns,and beans,

Continental Breakfast

Selection of Cold meats and Cheeses,Yogurts, Hot croissant,

All Choices

Fresh Home made Brown  or white Bread,Toasted or not

Selection of Home made Marmalade, Jams and Local Honey

Tea or Coffee

Picnic Lunches

Packed Lunches,Hampers  can be made up If requested in advance . Cost depending on the content ,(to be discussed with Caroline !), but starting from £5.00 pp.

Evening Meals

These need to be requested in advance ,preferable when booking or  with at least 24 hours notice. Menus and costs  to be discussed with Caroline .

Menus would start from £12.00 pp for two courses & £15.00 for three courses.

Starters: Homemade Chicken liver pate, Broccoli and Stilton soup, Creamy baked mushrooms

Puddings: Apple Flan, Home Made Ice cream, Raspberry Pavlova, Chocolate mousse
