Local Interests and Events 

Herefordshire is sheltered by the Black Mountains resulting in a mild climate.The County is well known for its pubs, restaurants and beautiful countryside.The Wye Valley Walk virtually passes our Cottage door !!

The river Wye is wonderful for canoeing trips and fishing. There are local golf cources, famous castles, gardens and vineyard to visit.  For walkers and cyclists there is plenty to explore and we can arrange luggage transport on to your next stop. We can  also organise  canoeing ,shooting (clay or game) and fishing days out or weekends if requested  in advance.
